Owner clarity sessions

We build a 90-day rolling plan with measurable targets for revenue, margin and capacity. Each quarter we sit down, score the previous plan honestly and set the next one. Leadership team development

Discovery call

Diagnostic deep dive
If we both see a fit, we spend half a day in your business. We look at your accounts, talk to key staff and map where time and money are leaking. You receive a written report within five working days.
Ongoing coaching
We meet twice a month, either in person in South Weissnat or on video. Between sessions you have email and phone access for quick questions. Engagements run in 90-day blocks so you can stop any time the value isn't there.
Quarterly review
Every three months we compare your numbers to the targets we set. We celebrate what worked, dig into what didn't and reset priorities. This is where the real learning happens.
