How much does coaching cost?
Our standard rate is £650 per month for two sessions plus between-session support. The diagnostic deep dive at the start is £400 as a one-off fee. We do not charge for the initial discovery call.
Do you only work with businesses in Wales?
Most of our clients are based in South and West Wales, but we also work with businesses across the UK by video. The coaching process is the same. For the initial diagnostic we prefer to visit in person wherever possible, but we can do it remotely if geography makes a visit impractical.
What size of business do you work with?
Typically between one and thirty employees, with annual turnover from £100,000 to about £3 million. We have worked with sole traders and with companies at the larger end of that range. The common thread is an owner who wants to work on the business rather than just in it.
How long before I see results?
That depends on what you mean by results. Some clients notice a change in how they spend their time within the first month. Financial improvements usually show up in the second or third quarter because it takes time for pricing changes, delegation and process improvements to flow through to the bottom line.
Can I bring my business partner to sessions?
Yes. If you run the business with a partner or co-director, both of you should be in the room. We do not charge extra for a second person attending the same session. In fact, we encourage it because most of the decisions we discuss need both of you to commit.
What happens after you get in touch
Once your message arrives, Lowri (our client coordinator) will reply within one working day to arrange a 30-minute discovery call at a time that suits you. On that call we will ask about your business, your team and what is keeping you up at night. You can ask us anything you like about how we work.
If we both feel there is a good fit, we will book the diagnostic deep dive. That is a half-day session, usually at your premises, where we look at your financials, talk to key staff and map out where the biggest opportunities are. You will receive a written report within five working days.
From there, coaching sessions begin. Two per month, either in person or on video, in 90-day blocks. You are never locked in for longer than a quarter. Our goal is to make ourselves unnecessary within twelve to eighteen months, by which point you and your team should have the tools and habits to keep improving without us.
